Eric Fleury (CPO), a French entrepreneur and unwavering architecture enthusiast, has dedicated decades to nurturing a passion for construction techniques and architecture, driven by his love for aesthetics and the arts.
With a prominent presence in Bali for almost 20 years, Eric has not only collaborated with local professionals on innovative and sustainable architectural projects but also led the creation and development of a premier construction company.
With over 100 successful projects under his belt, he is recognized as a leader in the field. His portfolio showcases architectural expertise that seamlessly blends sustainability and functionality, reflecting his steadfast commitment to excellence and beauty.
Mathieu Roegiers (CEO), a retired Boeing 777 Captain with a passion for real estate and entrepreneurship, is one of the co-founders, and CEO of Own Real Estate.
Teamwork runs in his veins. As a former professional field hockey player, captain and coach, Mathieu dedicates OWN’s success to a stellar team of partners and co-workers.
Thanks to his strong koinophobia, Mathieu strives to do things differently, with an intensity and passion like no other.
Paul van der Meer (CTO), an experienced software developer and ICT strategist. After graduating from the University of Amsterdam, he worked for industry leaders such as Sun Microsystems and Oracle.
He later founded multiple ICT companies specializing in the staffing of internet specialists. Following successful exits, Paul has transitioned into a role as an ICT strategy advisor for various mid-sized organizations.
With a strong background in both the technical and business aspects of the industry, he is a key player in the field, operating out of the Netherlands.
